My sisters husband passed away and I needed to help my sister sell her home and move her to live with me out of state. We contacted several buyers. Paul at Property Sales Group was quick to respond and took the time to understand out specific needs and immediately provided an acceptable cash offer. The title work was started the next day. With our luck we ran into issues with liens, unpaid City bills and found the home was in forbearance, but the issues were all worked out in a sensitive and professional manner. We accepted the offer about March 15th and signed the closing documents remotely on March 31st. I would recommend this team to anyone who needed to quickly and efficiently sell their home. Thank you! Recently closed a transaction with David Kucher and he was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I was especially impressed that although my buyer waived inspections, he had the integrity to send his project manager to fix an electrical outlet that was not working. Additionally, I noticed that two shelves were missing in the newly renovated kitchen and even though he had no obligation to provide the shelving, he did so without hesitation. Overall, my buyer is pleased with her completely remodeled home and I am pleased with the smooth 17 day transaction. Thank you, David - I look forward to working with you in the future.

This has been by far the best experience I've encountered since licensed and I owe it all to David Kucher! David and his team were amazing through out this entire process. They made this transaction such a smooth and organized one. I brought my buyers to show one of David's property and they fell in love with it instantly! The upgrades and time David and his team put into this home were substantial and high quality. They really know how to turn a dated house into a beautiful home. During inspection period he made it so easy for us to negotiate all red items (which there weren't much at all). He addressed all red items and concerns my buyers had and made sure it was fixed in a timely manner before closing. His level of communication and responsiveness was excellent! He responded right away and answer all of my buyers questions. He was transparent and very responsive every step of the way! He provided great service for my clients and I and we can not thank David enough for making this transaction a stress-free one.
