Hands down Josh, Dawn and the rest of the team went all out for me and my fiancé. Our loan from the beginning was way out of the box and wasn't easy by any means. From the start Josh was all in on our end goal which was "purchasing" a family owned property of 40+ years. We had already been turned down from other mortgage companies, So when we met with Josh we knew it was our last hope of something working out. Seriously he did everything and anything to successfully "save" a family home with our current situation. It was a long road but so worth it to have successfully saved our home. We are beyond thankful for all the hard work that went into our out of the box loan. I will be praising Josh & his team to everyone I know. Professional but personable. This is the second time I’ve bought a home using Josh! I came to him requesting a better interest rate (cuz that’s what we all want) and he took his time crunching numbers to see what he could do. Lo and behold, he was able to! Josh takes his time explaining every detail about the different types of loans and makes sure you understand it. He was patient throughout the process and boy….it was a process to say the least. We had many obstacles in our way and he was right by our side, helping us along the way with his brilliant ideas. He fought for us and pulled out every trick he had up his sleeve. Thank you for everything you did to help us get our house! We are forever grateful!

We absolutely loved working with Josh with Mottashed Lending. With the market being so competitive there was multiple times that we had to get a pre approval letter. Josh would get us that letter and all information needed no matter the time or day. Josh helped us work through a lot of questions and did research when we hit a snag. He was able to get us all approved and keep our confidence high and stress levels very low. We are so blessed to have been able to work with Josh and could not have done it with out him and his team!
