Michael was very patient and helpful throughout both our home buying and selling process. As a one stop shop for both lending and real estate, I highly recommend American Gateway Mortgage for all aspects of a real estate transaction. During a period of rising interest rates and market instability, we were able to get our loan approved and sell our home quickly with terms that allowed us flexibility and time to close on the right next home. They also negotiated seller credits that allowed us in the near term to lower our interest rates.

Michael made the buying a house process so easy. We have used him for a refinance and to purchase a rental and both times the process was quick and easy. He is very organized and knowledgeable. He is always quick to respond to every email, call or text I don’t think I ever had to wait more than an hour for a response (even when he was on vacation). I will most definitely be using Michael Girard for any future loans and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to purchase if you’re looking for a stress free, time efficient purchase. Everything is done remotely and at the very end when it comes time to sign documents he had a notary just come to our house, doesn’t get any easier than that!
